I am really loving making the toilet paper mini albums. I had started this one and finally finished it and decided to send it to one of the girls from our church who is in her first year of college. I sent it along with some candy and a cute spider card. I also sent some homemade blank cards so she would have some cards to give or send to people. She is the sweetest girl and I wanted to make her feel special and not left out since she could not attend our Halloween party at church. So here is the album:

Flower Card
Fall Card
I made a beautiful Fall card.
The card itself is a golden yellow. I try and keep things if I know I will use them later. In my previous post I had cut some leaves. I liked what was left so kept it and cut it out to use on a card. The brown leaf is cut at 3 1/2" and the green that is cut out is at 4". They are from Create A Critter. I used a white gel pen around everything and inked around the edges of the green box. I used some orange gingham ribbon to try and bring in more fall colors. I really like the way this turned out and can't wait to use the other "leftovers" I have.

Fall Crafts
I have been in the mood for Fall. I love that time of year. I decided to make some crafts to decorate my home.
I started with these paper pumpkins. I cut 1 inch by 6 inch strips and used brads to hook them together. I tried several different things to top them but like that they all look different, just like real pumpkins.
I also made a couple other items. I cut the flower pot box from the Cindy Lou cartridge at fit to page which made it 5 3/4. I then cut a pumkin at 5" from Create A Critter and attached to one side of it. For the other one I cut leaves from Create A Critter out of brown, orange, green and yellow. I inked around their edges and attached them to the box on all sides.

Prom Layout
I finally decided to work on my daughter's layout from Prom. I just could not figure out what to do before. I knew I wanted it to look elegant and figured I would wait till I had the right inspiration. Well it came today and I am so happy with it. I pulled the colors from their clothes, black, white and coral. The shapes are cut from Storybook and the pearls are from the I-rock. The black flowers are from the Sabrina collection from Big Lots.

I made this bear card for a little girl who had her tonsils out.
My Middle daugher bought this dog for her boyfriend. She wanted to to make him a card as well. I think the card turned out really cute.

Challenge of the Week #6

The challenge for this week was: Theme "What's Cooking", 2 Printed Papers, 2 Solid Papers, 1 Recipe, Photo's.
I had so much fun doing this layout. The cookies were made before Christmas and I took pictures just for fun. My grandmother taught me how to make cookies and I know the recipe by heart. I love making cookies because it makes me think of her. She had MS and could not walk but she sure could teach you how to do anything just by telling you how to do it. Those are some of my fondest memories growing up.
